The State of Minnesota, Parks and Trails Resource Division at the Dept. of Natural Resource (DNR) intends to purchase .4 acres of wetland credit.

DNR Parks and Trails is required to purchase 0.4 acres of wetland credits from the Army Corps of Engineers approved Bank Service Area 8, as defined by WCA to replace the 0.2 acres impacted at a 2:1 ratio in Bank Service 8 during the construction of the proposed "Currie Loop Phase 2" segment of the Casey Jones State Trail. The identified wetland credits are the only US Army Corps-approved wetland credits available in Bank Service Area 8.
