This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Cancer Registry Abstracting Services in support of the Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 20 as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
The solicitation number is 36C26025Q00581 and is attached.
This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and the associated NAICS Code 541611 has a small business size standard of $24.5 Million. Businesses shall be verified for ownership and control pursuant to 38 CFR 74 and certified listing in the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/).

Period of Performance will be a base plus four option years.

The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions. Responses to this solicitation must be emailed to Jennifer.Robles1@va.gov and received no later than 1PM Eastern Standard Time on 12/06/2024.

Questions to this RFQ shall be submitted via electronic mail to the Contracting Officer Jennifer Robles (jennifer.robles1@va.gov). Questions shall be accepted until 1:00 PM Eastern on 11/26/2024. The Government is not obligated to respond to any questions received after that date and time. All questions received within the designated timeframe that the Government considers relevant, will be answered. Responses to questions will be provided in one consolidated response as amendment to the RFQ after the period for receiving questions has ended. Telephonic inquires will not be responded to.
