The State of Minnesota, Parks and Trails Resource Division at the Dept. of Natural Resource (DNR) intends to purchase .282 acres of wetland credit.
DNR Parks and Trails is required to purchase 0.282 acres of wetland credits from the Army Corps of Engineers approved Bank Service Area 7, as defined by WCA to replace the 0.141 acres of wetlands to be impacted in Bank Service Area 7 during the construction of the proposed “Crow River Crossing” culvert extension along a grant-in-aid snowmobile trail west of New London, MN.
