The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain firm fixed price proposals from qualified firms or consultants specializing in the evaluation and analysis of local government affordable housing and land use plans. The selected firm will provide strategic plan evaluation services for the County of Loudoun Department of Housing and Community Development (“DHCD” or the “County”).

Pre-Proposal Conference: An optional pre-proposal conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on March 7, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
