Synopsis:

|
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Rural Courier Services, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Services”).
SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.
SaskPower requires the Contractor to provide the Services 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), between the hours of 8:00 to 16:00. Courier Services are not required on Saturday, Sunday or on statutory holidays. SaskPower may deem certain days as statutory holidays (e.g., Easter Monday, etc.).

Both a Microsoft Word and an Adobe PDF version of the RFP, and Appendix C - Agreement are provided on Merx. If there is any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Word version and the PDF version of this RFP, or Appendix C - Agreement, the PDF version shall prevail. The Source of Supply form is provided in Excel format only.
