FY24-FY28 Over-the-Horizon Weapon System (OTH-WS) Naval Strike Missile (NSM) Multi-Year Procurement (MYP)

Kongsberg Defence and Aerospace, Kongsberg, Norway, was awarded a firm-fixed-fixed price, multi-year contract for Over the Horizon – Weapons System (OTH-WS) Encanistered Missiles (EM), also known as the Naval Strike Missile. (NSM). Work will be performed in Kongsberg, Norway (56%), Toulouse, France (13%), T’Harde, Netherlands (8%), Schrobenhousen, Germany (7%), Raufoss, Norway (1%) Arendal, Norway (1%), Northridge, CA (1%), Gloucestershire, United Kingdom (1%), Chandler, Arizona (1%), Camberley, United Kingdom (1%), and various locations all less than 1% (10%) and is expected to be completed by May 2031.

This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements).
