This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskWater to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Business Process / Oracle Fusion Consultant as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
Saskwater implemented Oracle Fusion in 2021 and currently uses 15 modules across finance, procurement, HR, customer experience, and project management. With evolving business needs and operational challenges, this initiative aims to ensure optimal usage of Oracle Fusion, specifically for project tracking, resource allocation, and financial performance reporting.
The project supports SaskWater’s broader goals of operational efficiency, transparency, and digital maturity
SaskWater is not seeking an implementation partner for Oracle Fusion as part of this RFP. The selected proponent will not perform any Oracle Fusion configurations or development work. All implementation changes will be handled by SaskWater’s existing Oracle support partner.
Access to system environments and data is subject to SaskWater’s IT security policies. The consulting team may be required to work with SaskWater’s Oracle Fusion Partner as needed. SaskWater will facilitate those interactions as required.
The business processes to be reviewed fall primarily under project management. This would also include time and labor, procurement, billing and financial tracking and reporting. The business processes involve the applicable Oracle Fusion modules.
The successful proponent should have experience and expertise in business processes, project management and the related Oracle Fusion modules.
