NOTICE TO ALL
DESIGN BUILDERS
RFQ NO. 2025-010
Sealed qualification submissions will be received by the City of Margate Purchasing Division, at City Hall, 5790 Margate Blvd., Margate, FL 33063 until 11:00 A.M. local time on Thursday, September 18, 2025 for a completed project for RFQ 2025-010 Centennial Park Redevelopment. The successful proposer shall be a qualified, competent, and licensed firm to provide design/build services.
There will be a non-mandatory Pre-proposal conference held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. in the Commission Chambers at Margate City Hall, 5790 Margate Blvd, Margate, FL 33063.
RFQ packets may be obtained by visiting the Purchasing Division at the City Hall address above or by visiting the Purchasing section of our website
www.margatefl.com
and completing an online registration form. Additional information and/or assistance may be obtained by contacting Purchasing by phone at (954) 935-5346 (refer to RFQ 2025-010).
