To develop a comprehensive Process Map that addresses the deficiencies related to the lack of AS-IS Architectural and MEP drawings and an Inspection Program for construction projects on our campus. This Process Map will facilitate accurate project planning, enhance compliance with construction documents and codes, and improve coordination among the A/E, Construction Contractor, and NIH.
