The purpose of this Notice of Intent (NOI) is to provide funding to Massachusetts public colleges and universities for abortion access-related activities. The estimated total value of the grant opportunity is $500,000 through June 30, 2024 and an additional $500,000 for FY25 (July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025). Individual grant awards will range from $50,000 to $80,000 based on the budget proposal and ability to spend funds within the described timeframe. In order to be eligible for funding under this NOI - applicants must have a fully executed contract under RFR 247134 - Support for Health-Related Activities at Massachusetts Public Colleges and Universities.
