STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:

The County of Humboldt, by and through the Humboldt County Department of Aviation (“County”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”)  from experienced professionals to provide a variety of grab-and-go snack and food selections, hot and cold beverage options, ATM machine, miscellaneous traveling needs and souvenirs to the traveling public in the main ACV terminal, and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) hold-room of the in accordance with all federal, state, and local requirements. (“Airport Vending Machine Concessions”). The County is seeking snack and beverage options at its Murray Field (EKA) and Rohnerville (FOT) airports general aviation airport terminals. The Successful Proposer(s) must have the ability to provide Airport Vending Machine Concessions that substantially complies with all requirements set forth in this RFP. This RFP is a non-binding solicitation for the provision of Airport Vending Machine Concessions and may be canceled by County at any time.
