Description
NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply of quantity 7x Rubber Track System. The full description of the requirement can be found under Annex A "Statement of Requirement" in the Request for Prosposal (RFP).
Indigenous conditional set-asides: This procurement is conditionally set-aside. This means that that the procurement is open to both Indigenous and non-
Indigenous businesses. However, if two or more Indigenous businesses submit a responsive bid, then the procurement is set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB), and only the Indigenous firms who submitted a bid would be assessed.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The estimated contract period will be 3 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/01/01.
