Description of Work
Provide Duty of Care for EDC travelers and assignees both internationally and domestically. This includes preparing both employees and assignees for potential incidents with timely digital learning and training, pre-travel advice and readiness, location risk guides, and cultural tips.
Assignees are currently located in the following countries (note that additional countries may be added at any time by EDC):

The above list is current as of November 13, 2024, and may be updated at any time. Given this, the Supplier must be capable of providing the services for any country.
Provide access to customized advice from medical and security experts and proprietary risk information to help EDC mitigate unforeseen incidents.
Provide EDC with information regarding EDC’s exposure during a crisis
Provide crisis communications with impacted people using two-way, location-based communication channels and incident-based notifications.
Provide live, 24/7 assistance for EDC employees when required, both domestically and internationally as both a traveler or assignee.
Provide both manager and employee interfaces to access critical information remotely at all times.
The estimated contract period will be 48 month(s).
