Description: Elmira PC, located at 100 Washington Street, Elmira, NY 14901, is looking for a qualified contractor to remove and replace a patio as outlined in the attached IFB Section 1, Scope of Work. Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in the RFQ by 3:00 PM ET, Monday, August 25th, 2025. There is an Optional Site Visit at 10:00 AM ET on Tuesday, August 26th, 2025 Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Thursday September 4th, 2025. Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Thursday September 11th, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter. Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET Thursday September 18th, 2025. No late bids will be accepted.
