The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the stripping, patching, grinding and resealing of the DPW Maintenance Bay (located at 66 River Road in Wayland). All work shall be performed in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws (MGL). The Contractor(s) shall be expected to grind, patch, repair, resurface and seal approximately 5200 square feet of the Wayland DPW Mechanics Bay Floor.
