The plans shall be finalized in accordance with, the Massachusetts Wetland Protection Act, and the Massachusetts Endangered Species Act permitting submission requirements. While the scope of this RFP does not include permitting, the beach management plans must be prepared to submit to the applicable regulatory agencies.
