Project Description: The City of Scottsdale’s Water Resources Department is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQs) to provide professional services associated with development of an update to the existing Water Resources INTEGRATED WATER RESOURCES MASTER PLAN. This project is herein referred to as the Water Resources Master Plan Update (WRMPU).
