Sealed bids will be received by the undersigned until 2:00 p.m.CST,September 15,2025,at which time bidswill be opened in private.The work consists of construction of a newshop for the RM ofSask. Landing in Stewart Valley, SK.Bidders are to consider and include their OPTIMUM construction schedule in their bids.Bids must be submitted as specified in Section 00 2100 Instructions to Bidders.The bids are to present an appropriate construction package and shall identify the construction team. Selection of the successful bid will be based on the quality of construction proposed, schedule, and price. The preferred bid and thisTender shall form the Contract Documents for the work.The lowest,or any particular bids will not necessarily be accepted,and the Owner reserves the right to conduct further negotiations with the bidder who, in the Owner’s sole opinion, has submitted the most acceptable bid. Additions, alterations,deletions,or other irregularities in theTender Form may, but will not necessarily, result in the Owner’s rejection of the bid
