SUBJECT: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for; ADA Passenger Bus, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center
1.) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
2.) The Solicitation ID for this requirement is 12206490, This Requirement is being solicited as a Request for Quotes (RFQ).
3.) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses from Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAC 2025-03; and supplemental Regulations from the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DFARS Change 1/17/2025.
4.) This requirement is being solicited under full and open competition under the NAICS code 485410.
5.) The table below provides the itemized list of materials required for this requirements, interested parties shall fill the table with applicable information as it pertains to this requirement; i.e Unit price, extended price, estimated delivery, etc.
6.) Offers are due 1 April 2025, by 1300 EST.
7.) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition
8.) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services is incorporated in this requirement as prescribed IAW FAR 12.301(C). The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offeror whose offer conforming to the Solicitation will be most advantageous to the government. The government will evaluate quotes based on price, technical acceptability, and past performance. Additionally, interested parties are required to submit two (2) Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQ), and two (2) Accompanying Past Performance Summary (PPS).
9.) Potential offerors must provide a complete copy of the provision 52.213-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with their offer.
10.) The Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
11.) The Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
