Tender Notice: Reconstruction of Lane, Parking Lot, and Building Foundation – Orpheum Theatre, Estevan, SK

The City of Estevan invites qualified contractors to submit tenders for the reconstruction project of the lane, parking lot, and building foundation located behind the Orpheum Theatre in Estevan, Saskatchewan.

Project Scope

Lane and Parking Lot Reconstruction

The scope of work includes:

Demolition and removal of existing asphalt structures.
Regrading and repaving to improve drainage away from the Orpheum Theatre.
Installation of a new catch basin and manhole, connecting to the existing stormwater infrastructure.
Replacement of bollards, parking rails, and installation of electrical conduit.

Building Foundation Reconstruction

The scope of work includes:

Excavation and concrete foundation reinforcement.
Installation of temporary foundation supports.
Application of waterproofing and foundation drainage systems.
Backfilling of excavated areas.
Integration of foundation drainage into a proposed manhole sump pit, equipped with a sump pump, guide rail system, control panel, and associated electrical systems.
