Electrical Engineering/CADD Technologist Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Electrical Engineering/CADD Technologist Services, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

SaskPower’s Transmission Engineering Services team is responsible for providing computer aided design and drafting (CADD) services for Transmission Line and Substation Facilities for Transmission infrastructure at SaskPower. The team provides CADD services primarily for capital projects related to SaskPower’s Transmission system.

SaskPower intends to procure the services of qualified individuals from one (1) proponent to provide, by contract, the services detailed in Appendix A – RFP Particulars. Work will be assigned on demand for variable periods of time. Looking for up to two (2) resources from one (1) proponent to be located at SaskPower Regina head office for work related to as built drawings and data entry for SaskPower’s Transmission system.
