Robertson Drive Phase 2: Acquisition, Servicing & Housing Construction

The Town of La Ronge’s goal is to promote residential housing construction in the community and as such, the Town is seeking Proposals that address three key elements related to the development of the Town’s Robertson Drive Phase 2 residential subdivision project. These elements include the acquisition of some or all of the lots within subdivision from the Town, servicing of the subdivision, and preferably, the construction of housing on each of the lots within it. As such, the Town wishes to garner the submission of Proposals that meet the mandatory requirements of this Request for Proposal (RFP), with the intent to negotiate with the Proponent submitting the preferred Proposal, and enter into a Contract with the Successful Proponent in relation to the deliverables which include the three key elements of the project.
