CITY OF WAUKEGAN FY2026 SUMMER YOUTH PROGRAM
VENDOR APPLICATION
The City of Waukegan is once again pleased to offer its Summer Youth Program. This important Program is designed to provide skills, training and workforce opportunities to Waukegan youth and young adults, ages 16 to 24 years. The Program provides several weeks of entry-level experience in Public Works projects. Program participants will have training and oversight, and they will be compensated for their work. This structured approach not only facilitates valuable Public Works services, such as grass cutting and alley clean-up but also fosters a learning environment where young individuals can gain practical skills and work experience.
