ADSI Tier I Maintenance: Helpdesk Support – Phone and Email Support for questions related to hardware and/or software on a 365 day-per-year/24-hour-a-day/7-days-a-week (365/24/7) basis. Software updates – Covers up to five ADSI software and/or TacViewC2 baseline updates annually IAVA Updates – Covers quarterly IAVA updates (version 15.0.5)
