Automated Linen Service Equipment

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University hereby requests proposals from qualified vendors to provide three (3) Automated Linen Units with Dispensers w/Touchscreen, four (4) years hosting services, peripherals, installation, service and maintenance for each device. Any vendor who believes that they can provide this product/service or an approved equivalent is invited to contact the agent listed below to discuss this opportunity prior to the due date stated in the advertisement.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law 139 J&K, a.k.a. the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Contacting any other individuals in connection with this advertising may constitute a violation of New York State Finance Law. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency.

The successful vendor shall be required to complete and submit documents related to New York State Finance Law Section 139, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a and valid current NYS Workers’ Compensation and Disability Forms.
