Proponents must be able to meet or exceed all the requirements of this RFP for a Purchaser-by-Purchaser Award by Category, for the following:

Interested Proponents are invited to a Bidders’ Conference, whereby attendees will be provided with details related to the submission of this RFP. Proponents are expected to carefully examine the RFP documents ahead of time and come prepared with clear and specific questions.
