HVAC Replacement Project - Greenbrier Intermediate School

The work primarily consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of water source heat pumps; removal of all condenser water and hot water piping, and insulation. Removal of existing hot water and condenser water generating equipment, pumping and piping systems. Installation of new hot water and condenser water generating and pumping systems, including piping network to support new heating pumps. Construction of new equipment closets in perimeter classrooms for installation of the new heat pumps. Installation of new heat pumps in place of existing (removed) units. Installation of new DDC System. Partial renovation to selected air distribution systems. TAB work required for the renovated systems. Partial replacement of ceilings, repair of floor and wall surfaces impacted by the construction of the new equipment closets. Project includes phasing construction over two summers. Refer to Plans.
