REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - FIRE STATIONS FUNCTIONAL AND PHYSICAL CONDITION ASSESSMENT

The City of Dublin (City) is issuing this request for qualifications (RFQ) to select a qualified individual or consultant team (Respondent) for professional services for a Fire Stations Functional and Physical Condition Assessment (Project).

The City of Dublin (City) owns and maintains three fire stations. The fire stations are staffed and operated by the Alameda County Fire Department (ACFD). The City works with ACFD to identify short- and long-term needs at each fire station to ensure a high-level of public safety services are provided to the community. This effort includes making sure the fire stations adequately support ACFD operational standards and investing in fire stations to improve safety and efficiency.
