Town of Irricana
The Town of Irricana is seeking quotations from qualified proponents to complete remedial work at a private property following formal enforcement action under Sections 545 and 546 of the Municipal Government Act.

The property contains a long-abandoned, fire damaged residential structure and accessory buildings that have deteriorated significantly over time. Despite multiple efforts, the site remains in violation of municipal standards and poses a safety and visual concern within the community.
The Town’s objective is to restore the lot to bare, rough graded condition that is safe, stable and visually neutral, in support of potential resale, redevelopment or holding.
Safely demolish and remove one (1) fire-damaged principal structure (approximately 70m2) and two (2) accessory sheds (approximately 20m2 in total).
