REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”) NO. 2025-03
GOVERNMENT RELATIONS & LOBBYING SERVICES

i. Deadline for Proposal Submissions:
Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. EST.

ii. Written Questions:
The deadline for receipt of written questions sent to the authorized NFWB
contact via email is Friday, November 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. It is expected that a written
response to the questions will be issued by 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10, 2025.

i ii. Proposal Submissions:
Proposers must deliver one digital copy of their proposal in a single PDF file with
a file size of 10 MB or smaller via email to the Authorized NFWB Contact. The PDF file must be compatible with Adobe Acrobat Reader. The NFWB shall consider the PDF copy to be the original proposal, and electronic signatures are acceptable. Electronic delivery via email is the only acceptable method for delivering submissions. Acknowledgement of receipt and that the PDF file opened successfully will be provided.

The NFWB assumes no liability for assuring correct/complete file transmissions
and may disregard proposals with PDF files that do not open using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The responsibility solely lies with each proposer to email their proposal prior to the deadline for submission. Refer to the body of this RFP and to the attached NFWB RFP Standard Terms, Conditions, and Requirements for other proposal submission requirements.
