NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Qualified Purchasing Agent, for the City

of Woodbury, County of Gloucester, State of New Jersey on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 10:00 am prevailing

time at Woodbury City Hall, 33 Delaware Street, Woodbury, New Jersey at which time and place bids will be

opened and read in public for:

during regular business hours, 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.

Bid Proposals shall contain the following statement on the envelope:

“THIS IS A SEALED PROPOSAL AND SHALL NOT BE OPENED AND READ UNTIL TUESDAY,

AUGUST 18, 2026 AT 10:00 A.M. BY THE QUALIFIED PURCHASING AGENT OR HIS DESIGNEE.”

The City of Woodbury will not assume responsibility for proposals not delivered in person to the Qualified

Purchasing Agent prior to the opening.
