REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lyon County Utilities Department (LCUD) will receive written Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Engineering and Support Services for the Sewer Rehabilitation Project, in a sealed envelope delivered to: Lyon County Utilities Director, 34 Lakes Blvd, Dayton, NV 89403. SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT SOQ ENCLOSED – DO NOT OPEN.

Statements of Qualifications will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. (local time), Monday, August 31, 2026, at which time they will be opened and later reviewed and ranked by a committee.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The selected engineering firm will assist the Utilities Department with meeting all the funding agency (EPA) grant requirement, submitting a grant application, designing and preparing the project bid documents, assisting with bid services, and performing construction management.

The RFQ and submittal documents may be viewed and obtained online at https://www.lyon-county.org , under “Doing Business: and “Bid Postings.” Hard copy sets of the RFQ and submittal documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to download the required submittal documents from Lyon County’s website.
