General Contractor and Filed Subcontractor Request for Qualifications for the Georgetown West Street Water Treatment Plant project at 75 West Street, Georgetown, MA 01833. The Project consists of a new iron pretreatment facility with (3) first stage iron filters with air compressor and blower, (1) GAC filter for dichlorination, a water aeration unit with blower, (8) vertical turbine pumps, and all associated pipes, valves, chemical feed equipment, and appurtenances. A new single 50 ft by 90 ft treatment plant building will be constructed adjacent to the existing facility with a short, covered walkway between buildings, as well as upgrades at the existing well pump stations including new generators and radio telemetry units. Construction is anticipated to begin Spring 2026 with a project completion of Summer 2028. Further clarification on the project is within the RFQ. The Request for Qualifications will be available for download on August 20, 2025 upon email request to Phil Palumbo at phil.palumbo@collierseng.com.
