THE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATONS (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS ADVERTISEMENT.
The City of Attleboro Water Department, 1296 West Street, Attleboro, MA 02703 (the “City”), acting through the Attleboro Municipal Council, invites the submission of sealed Responses for Owner’s Project Manager Services related to the design and construction of the Wading River Treatment Plant, 250 Balcom Street in Mansfield, Massachusetts. The Request for Qualifications (“”RFQ”) may be obtained from the Purchasing Office, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA 02703, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday between 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Tuesday between 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. and Friday 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon local time, or download from the City of Attleboro’s website https://www.cityofattleboro.us/Bids.aspx beginning Wednesday, February 26, 2025. No Pre-Response Conference will be held. Sealed Responses will be received until 11:00 A.M. local time, March 27, 2025, at Attleboro City Hall, Purchasing Office, 77 Park St. 2nd Floor Attleboro, MA 02703.
The applicant shall submit ten (10) copies of the Non-Price Proposal with one single-sided unbound ORIGINAL and one electronic version in PDF format on CD or USB flash drive in a sealed envelope marked as “RFQ-OPM SERVICES FOR WTR” and addressed to “City of Attleboro, Carol Brown, Purchasing, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA 02703”, no later than 11:00 AM on March 27, 2025. The clock in the Purchasing Office shall be considered official. No late Responses shall be accepted. No faxed Responses shall be accepted. Conditional Responses will not be accepted.
All proposals must remain in effect for forty-five (45) days Saturdays, Sundays & Legal Holidays excluded. The City of Attleboro reserves the right to reject any proposal or portion of a proposal, to waive any informalities in a proposal & to award contract as shall be deemed in the best interest of the City. Award of contract may be subject to the availability of funding.
