Date & Time: 8/27/2026 10:00 AM Description: Federal Aid Project No. STP-0032-00(010)LPA/109923-701000 The City of Picayune, Pearl River County, Mississippi, will receive bids for the MS 43 Sidewalks From US 11 to Highland Parkway, Federal Aid Project No. STP-0032-00(010)LPA/109923417-701000 no later than 10:00 a.m., Local Time, Thursday, September 10, 2026, at the City of Picayune City Hall Council Chambers located at 203 Goodyear Boulevard, Picayune, Mississippi. All bids so received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work shall consist essentially of the following items: New sidewalk construction and improvements from US Hwy. 11 to Highland Parkway to include minor earthwork and grading, existing concrete driveway removal and replacement, new 5' wide concrete sidewalk, sodding, and erosion control. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., local time, at the office of Dungan Engineering, P.A., 925 Goodyear Blvd., Picayune, Mississipp |

Work to be performed shall be in accordance with the “Mississippi State Highway Standard Specifications for
Road and Bridge Construction, 2017”, together with all amendments and/or special provisions and/or
addenda to the standards duly approved and adopted, unless otherwise noted in these specifications.
The attention of Bidders is directed to the provisions of Subsection 102.07 pertaining to irregular proposals
and rejection of bids.
