Evan Hardy Collegiate 2025 Various Improvements

We invite interested parties to submit proposals for Evan Hardy Collegiate Improvements 2025. The Tender will consist of Base Bid and Alternate Prices. Base Bid (and Alternate) Proposal will be received until 4:00pm Central Standard Time, Wednesday, January 29th, 2025. All Bids will be opened in private after 4:00pm the same day.

The Request for Proposal is for renovation work to upgrade the existing Home Economics Lab; and to provide a new Curtainwall/Doors System for exterior entrances at the Stairs S1 and the Entrance at Corridor 1400. The renovations will require demolition, and various mechanical, electrical, and architectural upgrades. Alternate pricing includes abatement of hazardous materials and a new acoustical ceiling system including grids and tiles, new Storefront Wall/Door System at three interior locations, a new Curtainwall Doors system at the theatre entrance. Alternate pricing also includes additional millwork and new air conditioning in the Home Economics lab as indicated on the drawings.

Bids shall be submitted on the Bid form provided. Bids must be accompanied by Consent of Surety and by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the submitted Bid Price.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and will not necessarily accept the lowest proposal.
