Request for Proposal
RFP #FY26-925 Curb and Sidewalk Reconstruction
The North Middlesex Regional School District seeks proposals from
qualified vendors to undertake and perform curb and sidewalk
reconstruction at Spaulding Memorial School in Townsend, MA.
Separate Price and Non-Price Proposals pursuant to M.G.L c.30B s.6 are
required. Proposals must be in sealed envelopes plainly marked on the outside:
“RFP #FY26-925 Curb and Sidewalk Reconstruction” and delivered to the North
Middlesex Regional School District,ATT: Nancy Haines at 19 Main Street,
Townsend, MA 01469, no later than 1:00 pm Local Time, Wednesday, May 20,
2026. If at the time of the scheduled bid opening, the designated site is
unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the North Middlesex
Regional School District, the bid opening will be automatically postponed (with
or without notice to potential bidders) until 1:00 pm at the same location on the
next normal business day.
RFP documents will be available upon request by email to Kevin Cormier
kcormier@nmrsd.org Please provide your name, address, phone
number and email on or after 10:00 am Friday, May 1, 2026.
There is a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, May 6, 2026
located at Spaulding Memorial School, 1 Whitcomb St, Townsend, at
10:00 am. All questions should be submitted before May 13, 2026 at 4pm.
Any responses to questions will be issued in an amendment to the RFP.
The North Middlesex Regional School District reserves the right to accept
or reject any and all proposals, in part or in whole, should it be in the
public interest to do so. This contract will be awarded to a responsible and
responsive vendor offering the most advantageous proposal in accordance
with Massachusetts General Law c.30B s.6.
