5810 Concert Equipment and Production Services for Jazz Under the Stars Concert Series

The City of New Rochelle is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide concert production services and equipment for the Jazz Under the Stars Concert Series at Anderson Plaza. The selected vendor will be required to provide all equipment and furnishings listed below, in addition to all necessary labor to install/setup, operate, and remove all equipment. All equipment and furnishings shall be required to be installed/setup and removed each week. No equipment may be left in Anderson Plaza between concerts.
