The Indian Health Service, Albuquerque Area Office, Division of Contracts and Grants Management, Albuquerque, NM intends to award a sole -source purchase order to L1 ENTERPRISES to provide SERVICE AND SUPPORT SERVICES for a SPECTRALIS OCT W/ BP.
In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements". This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement.
