Project Description: The Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority (SARAA) is seeking proposals from individuals and/or businesses interested in leasing Hangar 501 at Capital City Executive Airport beginning approximately October 1, 2026. SARAA is a municipal authority that owns and operates Harrisburg International Airport, Capital City Executive Airport, Franklin County Regional Airport and Gettysburg Regional Airport.
Interested parties may download the proposal and instructions at no cost from PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/.
Sealed responses must be electronically submitted via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on Friday, August 28, 2026. SARAA reserves the right to accept, reject and/or make requests for new Proposals at its sole discretion.
