Internal Audit Co-Sourcing Services

Crown Investments Corporation of Saskatchewan (“CIC”) invites requests for Proposals (“RFP”) from prospective Proponents from qualified firms or consultants to provide internal audit co-sourcing services to CIC.

CIC delivers internal audit services across a diverse portfolio of corporations operating in multiple industries. CIC is seeking a service partner with broad, multi-sector experience and the ability to adapt to varied business environments, risks, and regulatory frameworks.

The successful Proponent will provide timely, flexible, and high-quality support to CIC’s Internal Audit team, contributing to the delivery of risk-based internal audit plans across the full portfolio. Support may include independent delivery of specific engagements or working collaboratively with Internal Audit staff to supplement capacity or provide specialized expertise.

This RFP seeks to identify a primary service partner for a three (3) year term, to support CIC’s internal audit program on an as-needed basis.
