Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary to remove concrete tile roof, replace damaged sheathing and insulation, install new asphalt shingles, and other miscellaneous work.

Location of Services: OSPR ¿Pollution Control Laboratory (PCL), 1701 Nimbus Road, Rancho Cordova, California 95670, Sacramento County.

License Required:  A - ¿General Engineering Contractor¿ or
B - ¿General Building Contractor¿ or
C-39 - ¿Roofing Contractor

Estimated Cost:  $ 60,000.00

Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE):  The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 3%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive.  DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 3% DVBE participation requirements. Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor participation:  A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a copy of your certification must be submitted with the bid proposal).
