Project Description: The project includes 15,262 SF masonry and stone clad fire station for the City of Round Rock. The new facility is fully sprinkled, Class “B” occupancy and construction Type V-B. It will be built on City of Round Rock owner property located at 125 E. Seton Parkway, Round Rock, Texas 78665. Estimated construction budget is $10,900,000.00.
