Enclosed is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for GMC Health Insurance. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year and one six-month option periods, if exercised by the Government. If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in the solicitation. Please submit your proposal in a sealed envelope to the GSO Procurement Office in Bangkok. The deadline for receipt of proposals is 16:00 hrs. Bangkok local time, on January 21, 2025. No proposals will be accepted after this time.
No electronic proposal submissions shall be accepted.
The pre-proposal conference has been scheduled on December 9, 2024, at 09:00 hrs. (Bangkok local time) at the U.S. Embassy Bangkok. Prospective offerors/quoters must provide company’s name, participant names, email address and mobile phone numbers to email: BangkokGSOProcurement@state.gov by December 3, 2024 at 16:00 hrs. (Bangkok local time) for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.
Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to Daniel T. Brockman, Contracting Officer, email: BangkokGSOProcurement@state.gov. Questions must be written in English. Closing date for question submission will be on December 13, 2024 at 16:00 hrs. (Bangkok local time).
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
