The work consists of boiler cleaning and plumbing repair and preventative maintenance services at its various State-aided EOHLC public housing development owned, managed and operated by the Avon Housing Authority in Avon, Massachusetts in accordance with the contract documents.
The successful bidder will be required to sign a service contract with each Authority for a period of three 3 years.
