Description: PROJECT SCOPE RCDMH is seeking to identify a provider to establish Mobile Crisis Services in Rockland County in accordance with all current OMH guidance and standards (see Attachments A and B). The selected applicant will provide Mobile Crisis response 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for adults and children experiencing, or at imminent risk of experiencing, a behavioral health (BH) crisis. The selected provider will be expected to provide an in-person mobile response when directly dispatched to a location from the BHCC and routinely provide in-person mobile response for follow-up care. Services will be provided regardless of an individual’s payor source or ability to pay.
