This post has been edited to revise the CSS (Rev2) and add the following Site Visit information:
A single site visit will be conducted for all prospective contractors on 1 July 2025 at 9:30 EST.
No additional or make-up site visits will be scheduled.
Site Visit Documentation: Contractors are encouraged to take detailed notes and gather relevant data during the visit, as no follow-up inspections or supplemental visits will be permitted.
Personnel Attendance: Each participating firm may send a maximum of 2 representatives on the site visit.
Visitors must present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. Starting May 7, 2025, the REAL ID Act will be fully enforced, meaning only REAL ID-compliant licenses or other approved identification will be accepted for access
Vehicle Requirements: Drivers will need proof of insurance, vehicle registration, and a valid driver's license. Vehicles are subject to inspection by security personnel
This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
