ADDENDUM 1:
The scope of work was not included in the first RFP (Request for Proposal) which is now included. The
document will be posted on both MITN and West Bloomfield Township's website. (The map will be
included and there are no changes).
1. Were the bike trails measured?
Answer:
The Township does not have a map that indicates the total measurement of our bike paths.
2. Regarding vacant lots, how approximately would there be weekly?
Answer:
There could be anywhere from 0 to 10
3. Will all the lot cutting be over 8 inches?
Answer:
Yes

4. If a contractor arrives for a lot cutting and there is debris or "stuff" in the areas, does
contractor still cut or contact the township?
Answer:
The contractor is responsible for debris removal and should contact the Township prior to cutting
for unusual circumstances.
