The purpose of this requriement is to plow snow and salt parking lots and driveways for winter season, including shoveling walkways and stairs.

The anticipated start date for Base Year is 1 November 2025 through 31 October 2025, Plus 4 Option Years.

A formal site visit is not being scheduled.

Interested vendors are free to view the location from Monday thru Friday, between 8AM to 4PM
