(c) Traffic Barrier upgrades
(d) Removal of I-81 Interchange Ramps 3 and 7 at Showalter Road
(e) Full depth pavement to add slip ramp connections from Showalter Road WB to I-81 SB, and
from Showalter Road EB to I-81 NB
(f) Stormwater management facilities and drainage structures
(g) Milling and resurfacing
(h) Maintenance of Traffic
(i) Erosion and Sediment Control
(j) Signing and Pavement Marking
(k) Lighting
(l) Landscaping
